Item imprimis I give and bequeathe unto John Wood and Thomas Wood my sonnes my dwelling housse and farme where I now dwell in & three peeces or parsells of land which I nowe occupie withall the appurtenances therunto belonging set lying and being in Stockbury --- Newington in ye county of Kent for ever.
Item I give and bequeath to Mary Wood my daughter tenne pounds of lawfull money of England bee payd for by mine executors within three monthes after my decease equally alike betweene them for ever.
Also I give to Annis my Wiffe and John and Thomas my sonnes all my moveables Corne Cattell goods whatsoever to be equally devided betweene them, my debtes and legacies being First discharged and payd by Annis my wife and John and Thomas my sonnes whome I ordeyne and appoynt my executors of this my last will and testament and of the execucon of the same
I make and ordeyne Richard Allen of ----bury overseer of the
same in witnes whereof I have hereto set my hand and seale the day and yeare above written
the marke of John Wood read seled and declared in the presence of
Rychard Allen his marke and William Allen & Thomas Allin.
