Item I give and bequeath to John Wood my sonne and to my daughters Jane Towne Widdowe and Fraunces the wife of Peeter Henman to either of them ten shillings to be paid to them by myne executrix within one year next after my decease
---- I give and bequeath to James Wood, Richard Wood and Arthur Wood my sonnes and Elizabeth Wood Marie Wood and Alice Wood three of my daughters to everie of them twentie pownds of lawfull money to bee paid by my Executrix to the said James Richard and Arthur att their severall ages of one and twentie yeares and to the said Elizabeth Marie and Alice at their like ages of One and twentie yeares or daies of Mariadge which shall first Come
And if anie of my said daughters Elizabeth Marie or Alice happen to die before their said severall ages of one and twentie yeares or daies of mariadge then I will that the said legacie of xx� before given to them or her dyeinge shall be and remayne and bee equallie devided to and betweene the said James Richard and Arthur or the survivour or survivours of them to be paid by myne Executrix to the said survivour or survivours att such tyme and tymes as my said daughter or daughters soe dieinge should have received it by force of this my present last will Alsoe I Will that if any of my said three sonnes James Richard or Arthur die before their said or severall ages of one and twentie yeares then the said legacie or legacies to them or him soe dyeing shall remayne and bee paid to the Survivour or Survivours
The residue of all my goods and Chattells my debtes Legacies and funeral expences beeinge paid and discharged I give and bequeath to Agnes my wife provided that if she the said Agnes my wife shall after my decease enter into any of my Freehould landes as her dower or widowes right then shee shall have noe (benefit?) of this my will nor anie part of my goodes But I will that then William Wood one of my sonnes shall have the said residue of my said goodes and shall see this my will executed and have the benefit thereof
Item I will that my said sonne William to whome I have ----------- Messuage and landes att Wormshill shall paie or cause to be paid to my said six Children James Richard & Arthur Elizabeth Marie and Alice to everie one of them five poundes of lawfull money of England to bee paid to them and every of them at their severall ages of one and twentie yeares or daies of their mariadges which shall first happen or within fortie daies next after notice given to the said William of such full ages or daies of marriage
And I doe heerebie revoke all former willes by me heretofore made and of this my present last will and Testament I doe make and ordayne the said Agnes my wife my sole Executrix desiring my loving freindes Thomas Reader and John Wiborowe of Milton weaver to be Overseeres of the same and to see this my present will executed
To this my present I have sett my seale the daie and yeare first above written and I have sett
