Item I will my daughter Bennet, the wife of Robart Leget �15 within one yeare after my decease to be paid by myne Executor
And I do give to the said Bennett my daughter my Cowe which shee hath allreadie in her keeping
Item I do give to my three daughters Sara Wood, Marie Wood and Katerin Wood fortie poundes of lawfull money a peece to every one of them when they shall come to their severall ages of Eightene yeares, and if any of them shall dye before they shall come to their severall ages of Eightene yeares, Then my mind and will is that any of them so dying that then there porcon shall remayne unto the other sister then living equally to be divided
Item I give to my sonne John Wood five and fiftie poundes of lawfull money to be paid to him at the Nativitie of Christ next coming
Item I give to Danyell Wood, my sonne, fiftie poundes to be paid to him when he shall accomplish the age of 18 yeares
Item I give to my sonne James Wood �55 of lawfull money to be paid to him when he shall accomplish the age of 18 yeares
Item I do give to my three sonnes and to my fowre daughters two ewes and one twelvemonthinge sheep a peece to every one of them
And I do make and ordaine James Jones of Ash my whole Executor of this my last will and Testament
Item moreover it is my will and mind that if there be any goods spare after my debts, legacies
and funeral and other Chardges which shall arise or grow abowt this my present will, shall be
equally devided betwene my three sonnes John Wood, Danyell Wood and James Wood
