In the name of God Amen January the third in the yeare of our Lord God 1624
I Georg Wood in the Parrish of Shelwidg in the County of Kent being sicke in Body but perfect remembrance thanks be given to God doe declare this my last will and testament in writing as followeth
I bequeth my soulle to allmightie god and my boody to bee buryed in the Church yard of Shelwidge
and Thomas Wood my sonne I make my whol executore

Fyrst I wille and bequeath unto Allse my wife all my houshould stufe
moore I give unto Allse my wife forty shillinges a yeare to be payde tenne shyllinges a quarter

I bequeath unto my sonne Georg Wood fyve shillinges to be payed in one yeare after my desseese
I bequeath unto my sonne Hugh Wood five shilinges to be payed in one yeare afftere my dessese
I wille and bequeath unto my sonne George Woods daugter Allse five pounds
I wille and bequeath unto the sayed Georg his second daughter Mary five pounds
I wille and bequeath unto George his thirde daughter Annes five pounds
and this money is to bee payed when they shall Cume unto age of sixteene yeares by my executore
and if any of them do Chance to die before they shall Cume to sixteene years of age then one to be each others ayre

I wille and bequeath my executore shalle paye to them twelve of the pounds after my decease untille they shall to sixtenne years of age
