Item I bequeath my soule unto god and my body unto the grounde

Item I give my eldest sonne William my house and my land wheare I now dwel 30 akers more or les
Item I give my sonne Beniamine 5 akers of land called Giles
Item I give unto my sonne Beniamine a howse and a backside lyinge in Snodlande
Item I give unto my sonne Alexander 2 littl howses and a barne with a backe side and a litel crofte theare unto belonginge
Item I give unto him 15 akers of land more or lese lease land belonginge unto Cristechurch in Canterbury and a orchard and a hemp pate (?) belonginge unto them 2 little howses

Item I give unto my wife Tomsen a Chamber and a beed and I will is that my sonne William and my sonne Alysander to pay my wife �6 ayeare by eqal poshanes out of theare landes

My wil is that my sonne Alysander shall have 40s ayeare till that hee cometh to 23 yeares of age paide by my exsaeketarry my will is that my sonne Alysander shalle have the first yeares rent for to renew the lease

Item I make my eldest sonne William and Tomssen wife sole exseketaries
Item I will that my exceketaris shall pay my sonn Beniamine �20 one yeare after his an aprenstisship is out

Item I give An Bige �4 when she shall bee of 24 yeares of age
Item I give Anthony Wood, my brothers sonne �4 when he shall be of 24 yeares of age

Item my will is that my sonne Beniamine shall pay to my Brother Attewell Wood 10s ayeare deuringe his livese time
Item my will is that my sonne Beniamine shall have the house at Snodland present after my desese but for the landes he shall stay till hee cometh to 23 yeares of age

Item I give 10s unto the pore of Hollinborne to be paide 3 monthes after my deses by my exseketaries
My will is that if any of my sonnes shall die without ayers theare posiones shall be eakwelly devided betwene the reste
