In the name of god Amen The Tweentyth nainth day of Aprill 1662
I William Woodwarr of Eastry in the County of Kent husbandman being sick in Body but of perfect memory thanks be to Almighty god considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, I doe make my last will and testament in maner and forme following.
Inprimis I bequeath my soul in the hands of Almighty god who gave mee the same hoping to be saved by his mercys through the onlie meritts of Jesus Christ and my body to earth from whence it came

I give unto my brother Richard Woodwarr tenn pounds And doe forgive him the mony which hee did owe mee.
Item I give my brother Mathew tenn pound and doe forgive him the mony which he did owe mee
Item I give unto my brother Thomas Woodwarr tenn pound

And all the rest of my reall and personal estate I give to my brother Lionard Woodwarr being two houses and two Acres and a halfe of land Situate In Eastry parish
providing that he doe pay to my brothers Richard Mathew and Thomas their tenn pound a peece on the day after my buriall.

Alsoe I doe will and require my brother Leonard Woodwarr to be my lawfull exector of this my last will and testament
In wittness whereof I sett my hand and seale the day and yeare above written

Sealed published and delivered in the presence of us Thomas Freind Roger Whithod Francis Shy

Probate granted 5th February 1662/1663 to Leonard Woodwarr, brother
