Will of George Woodyeare

Impr(imis) I give unto my son W(illia)m Woodyeare all that my Court lodge in Shorne with the landes thereunto belonging
Item I give unto my Daughter Mary all those my lands lyeing in Shorne Ridge way w(i)th the houses thereunto belonging [viz] the house wherein W(illia)m Woolfe lives the house wherein W(illia)m Williamson liveth and the house wherein Thomas Langfeild liveth And all the landes now in the occupacion of Tho(mas) Masters

Item I give all my Marsh land lyeing in High Halstow now in the occupac(i)on of Tho(mas) Berry, W(illia)m Hammond & the widdow Gisham to be equally devided between my four Daughters [viz] Elizabeth Martha Anne and Christian
Item I give unto my Executrix for the use of Susanna Pett Katharine Pett Elizabeth Pett and Mary Pett All that my parsonage at Higham w(i)th the app(urtena)nces thereunto belonging

Item my will is my Executrix her life & my Executors hereafter named and during the minority of all my afores(ai)d Children shall receive all the Proffitts of the landes and p(re)mises before by me bequeathed for the use of the Paym(en)t of my Debts both reall & p(er)sonall. And if it shall happen that my Exe(cut)rix & Exec(utor)s dye before my said Children come to the age of 21 years Then I doe nominate Thomas Manly ? of S(ain)t Margaretts Rochester to receive the proffitts of all my land before bequeathed for the payment of my Debts & the use of my Children aforesaid

Item I give three houses in Rochester scituate on Bully Hill to my Child that my wife now goeth withal and my house in Frindsbury w(i)th the app(ur)tenances thereunto belonging And also the of lands lying in Cowling, Frindsbury in the possession of me the said George Woodyeare Esqre & others
And also I give unto my son William Woodyeare the house I now live in w(i)th all the outhouses & land & p(re)mises thereunto belonging

Item I doe make my wife Martha Woodyeare my sole Executrix of this my last will and testament And I doe nominate and appoint my loveing friends Henry Parker and Thomas Manly overseers of this my last will and testament
I give unto Elizabeth Wardicar 20�

Memorandum that upon the twoe & twentieth day of September last past being the day whereon George Woodyeare Esq(ui)re the Testator dydd this p(re)sent writing being written by his dictac(i)on & openly and distenctly read unto him in the p(re)sence of us whose names ?? hereunder written , the said George Woodyeare did p(re)sently upon the Reading thereof did speake & utter these Words or words to this effect [you that are here take notice that I am in p(er)fect memory and that this is my Will] In Testimony whereof we have hereunto sett our hands this Nineteenth Day of October one Thousand Six Hundred Seventyone
