W(illia)m Woodyeare all that my Court lodge in Shorne with the landes thereunto
belonging
Item I give unto my Daughter Mary all those my lands lyeing in Shorne
Ridge way w(i)th the houses thereunto belonging [viz] the house wherein W(illia)m
Woolfe lives the house wherein W(illia)m Williamson liveth and the house wherein
Thomas Langfeild liveth And all the landes now in the occupacion of Tho(mas)
Masters
Item I give all my Marsh land lyeing in High Halstow now in the occupac(i)on
of Tho(mas) Berry, W(illia)m Hammond & the widdow Gisham to be equally devided
between my four Daughters [viz] Elizabeth Martha Anne and Christian
Item my will is my Executrix her life & my
Executors hereafter named and during the minority of all my afores(ai)d Children
Item I give three houses in Rochester scituate on Bully Hill to my Child that
my wife now goeth withal and my house in Frindsbury w(i)th the app(ur)tenances
thereunto belonging And also the
Item I doe make my wife Martha Woodyeare my sole
Executrix of this my last will and testament And I doe nominate and appoint my
loveing friends Henry Parker and Thomas Manly overseers of this my last will and
testament
Memorandum that upon the twoe & twentieth day of September last past being the day
whereon George Woodyeare Esq(ui)re the Testator dydd this p(re)sent writing
Proved at Rochester the 29th day of December 1671
