Item I give and bequeath unto my Sister Joane Suratt the summe of forty Shillings of lawfull money of England if She Survive me To be payd unto her by my Said Executor within one Moneth next after my decease if She be then living
Item I give and bequeath unto my Cousens Jeremy Payne Elizabeth Payne Thomas Payne and Mary Payne four pounds to be layd out on decent and necessary apparell for them by my Said Executor att such times and in such manner and by such proporcions as my said Executor shall thinke fitt and their father or mothers receipts shall be sufficient discharges for the same to my said Executor
Item I give and bequeath unto my sisters sons wife Mary Payne mother of the said four Children all my wearing Apparell Linnen and woollen to be delivered to her by my said Executor within one Moneth after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Elizabeth Billinghirst my Biggest Gold ring
Item I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Mary Billinghirst my least Gold Ring
Item I give and bequeath unto my said Grand daughter Elizabeth Billinghirst my biggest Pewter dish
All the Overplus of my estate whatsoever not herein given devised or bequeathed I give and bequeath unto my said Son and Executor he paying my debts legacys funerall Charges and the Charges of the probate of this my will out of the same
