In the name of god Amen uppon the fower and twentieth day of June in the Eleaventh yeare of his now Majesties Reigne Annoque Domini 1699
I Thomas Woodware the elder of the parish of St Lawrence in the Isle of Thanett and County of Kent Thatcher beinge Sicke in body but of good and perfecte sense and memory god bee praised doe make and ordeyne this my last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge
first I give and bequeath my soule into the mercifull hands of Almighty god who made it and my body to the Earth from whence it came to be buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named

Alsoe I give and devise to Mary my wife for and duringe the terme of her naturall Life All that my Messuage or Tenement with the Orchards Barne Stable and outhouses Edifices buildings yards and all the Lands arable and pasture thereunto belonginge and therewith now used and enjoyed scituate lyinge and beinge in the parish of St Lawrence aforesaid and now in the tenure and occupation of mee the said Thomas Woodware the elder or my Assignes

Alsoe after the decease of my said wife I give and devise my said Messuage or Tenement Lands and all other the premises with the Appurtenances unto Thomas Woodware the younger my sonne his heires and Assignes for ever

Alsoe I give and bequeath to Mary my said wife all and Singular my goods and Chattells whatsoever and wheresoever
Alsoe I constitute make and ordeyne Mary my said wife sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament
And I doe hereby Revoake make Null and voide all and every former and other Will and Wills by me made and doe Appoint this to bee my onely Last Will

In Witnesse whereofe I the said Thomas Woodware the elder have hereunto putt my hand and Seale Dated the Day and yeare first above written
