In the name of God Amen, the 6th day of December in ye yeare of our Lord 1717,
I Anne Wood of Sittingbourne in Kent, being sick in Body but f perfect mind and memory, do make and ordaine this my last will and Testament

Imprimis I give and bequeath to my Sister Mary Wood and to my Brother John Wood, one shilling each to be paid them within one yeare and a day after my Decease

Item I give and bequeath to my Dear Mother, now wife of John Panton, �19 18s,
which foresaid legacies of �20 are now in the Custody of Thomas Jones of Chislet Esq.

and my desire is that he may have the same at Interest till the death of my said Mother, paying her Lawfull interest for ye same dureing her Life
and after her Decease my will is that the foresaid �19 18s be paid to my loving sister Eleanor Wood & Elizabeth Panton, to be equally divided between them

I give also to my said Mother all my wearing apparrel and all my other goods and Chattells, whom I make my sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament
