Item I give to my Sister Woodward and her two Daughters and to my Sister Lewis five shillings a peice
And to the Poor of the Parish Forty Shillings
And to the Woman or Maid that doth my business at the time of my Death Forty Shillings
Provided that the said Woman or Maid for that time being shall take effectual Care that at my death I be buryed in Woollen only
And that she make affidavit of it in due time And that She deliver the Certificate of such Affidavit in due time to One
of the Church Wardens of the Parish for the time being so that my Executors have no disappointment or trouble or Charge about it
But if She be so negligent in any of the Premises that my Executors have any trouble or Charge about it then and in that Case I
give her nothing
Item I give and bequeath all my Bills Bonds Rings moneys Jewells Plate Books Goods Debts Annuitys unpaid and whatsoever else I have a just right to unto my dear Cousin Mary Turton and to my dear Cousin Grace Turton of Banbury whom I make and constitute my sole and joynt Executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills whatsoever
