I give and devise all my undivided Moiety or half part (the whole in two equal parts to be divided) whether in possession Reversion Remainder or Expectancy of and in all that Messuage or Tenement with the Barn Outhouses Buildings Lands and Appurtenances thereunto belonging Situate and being at or near a certain place called Summerfield in the Parish of Woodnesborough otherwise Winsborough in the said County of Kent And all other my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever unto my loving Father Matthew Woodruff of Deal aforesaid Cordwainer and to his Heirs and Assigns for ever
And as to all and Singular my Goods Chattels Effects Debts due and owing to me Money Securitys for money Wages and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever the same shall exist and be at the time of my decease (after payment of all my just Debts and Funeral expences) I do give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my said Father Matthew Woodruff
and I make and appoint my said Father Matthew Woodruff full and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And Lastly I revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Woodruff have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the
Eleventh day of June in the twenty Eighth Year of the Reign of his present Majesty King George the Second over Great Britain
