Ringwoole the 14th of the 7th Month 1765
Mathew Woodruff Did Declare Before us whom he Desired to be his wittnesses that if he Should be Taken hense Before he made a Rigular will (Tho he was in Perfect senses Butt had the Small Pox) then his mother should Enjoy all the Estate that he was Possessed of Both Real and Personal Dureing the time of her Natural Life

and that after her Desease it should be Equaly Divided between his Brothers and Sisters only over above and beside the said Devident his youngest sister should have the sum of 20l of Lawful money of Great Brittain Paid her then
then if any of his Brothers or sisters should be Deseased and Leave Children their said Children should Enjoy their Father or Mothers Part

The within Declaration was verbally made on the Date mentioned by Mathew Woodruff
Before Richard Low Sarah Harnol Mary Church Catherine Wiles Mary Ann Curtis
and Commited in Writting by Richard Low
and on the 6th of the same month was Signed sealed wittnessed and Declared as and for his Last will and Testament by himself in the precense of Richard Lucas Robert Atkins and Susanna Wadel by her mark
to the Intent and uses therein mentioned and at his Request as the Time did not permitt for a Formal will

Probate granted 5th August 1765 to 'John Woodruff Brother of the Deceased and one of the Residuary Legatees there being no Executor appointed'
