This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Woodruff of the Town and Port of Sandwich in the County of Kent Widow

I being of sound Mind and Memory Do Give Devise and bequeath All my Estate both Real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind Degree quality or Nature soever after payment of my Just Debts funeral expences and the Charges of proving this my Will unto my Daughter Ann Johnson wife of John Johnson of the said Town and Port of Sandwich Weaver her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns

and I do Constitute and appoint my said Daughter Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of September In the Nineteenth Year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred and seventy Nine.

Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Elizabeth Woodruff the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament In the presence of Us who at her request and in her presence We have subscribed our Names as Witnesses thereof

July 25th 1780. Ann Johnson the Sole Executrix named in the Will, was Sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof and as usual and that the deceased's Effects will not amount to £300 before me
