In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Woodwarr of the parish of Ringwould in the County of Kent widow being of sound Mind Memory and understanding do make Publish and declare my last Will and Testament in writing in manner and form following (that is to say)

I Give devise and bequeath All that my Messuage or Tenement Ground and Premises with all and Singular the Appurtanances thereunto belonging Situate lying and being in the Parish of Ringwould aforesaid now in my own Occupation and also all my Househould Furniture Plate Linen and China and all other my Real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall be possessed of or intitled to at the time of my decease unto my son Nathaniel Childs
In Trust to sell and dispose thereof by Public Auction as soon as conveniently may be after my Decease for the most money that can be obtained for the same and after paying thereout my just Debts funeral Expenses and the Charges of proving this my Will to Divide the Nett proceeds thereof together with my Ready Money equally amongst and between my Eight Children viz.

my other three sons James, Leonard and William
and my four Daughters Mary the Wife of Valentine Bushell Susanna the wife of Daniel Kemp Elizabeth the widow of the late Jeremiah Young and Jane the wife of John Atkins
Share and Share alike

I also Give and bequeath all my wearing apparell unto my said four Daughters Mary Susanna Elizabeth and Jane to be divided equally
And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Nathaniel Childs Sole executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Woodwarr the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one Sheet of Paper Set my Hand and Seal this Twenty sixth day of July One thousand seven hundred and ninety five

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Elizabeth Woowarr the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her Request and in her Presence and in the Presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses

Whereas I Elizabeth Woodwarr of the Parish of Ringwould in the County of Kent Widow have made and duly executed my last Will and Testament in Writing bearing date the Twenty sixth day of July 1795 Now do delcare this to be a Codicil thereto and do hereby direct that my Son Nathaniel Childs shall have the free liberty to reside and live in my present Dwelling House for and during his life instead of its being sold at my decease as in my said Will is directed
and from and immediately after his decease I do hereby Give Devise and bequeath my said Dwelling House with the Ground and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto my son William Woodwarr his Executors and administrators In Trust to sell and dispose thereof and to divide the nett proceeds agreeable to my said Will (the Share of the said Nathaniel Childs therein to be divided amongst all my other Children therein named)

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Twenty seventh day of June 1803

Nathaniel Childs of Northbowin Gentleman Son of the deceased, the sole Executor named in this will was duly sworn to the Truth thereof and of the Codicil annexed and as usual and further that the Goods Chattels and Credits do not amount in value to the Sum of Twenty pounds
