I HENRY WOOD of Bramling in the Parish of Ickham in the County of Kent Esquire do by this my last Will and Testament give devise and bequeath unto my dear Mother ANN WOOD all my Estate and Effects both Real and Personal and all other Property of which I shall be possessed at the time of my decease or over which I have a disposing power to hold the same unto her my said Mother ANN WOOD her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever according to the Nature of the said Estates respectively.

And I do constitute my said Mother ANN WOOD Sole Executrix of this my last Will and hereby revoke all other Wills by me heretofore made.

In Witness whereof I the said HENRY WOOD the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 16th Day of October in the year 1823. HENRY WOOD

Signed sealed and published by the said HENRY WOOD the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

On 30 May 1827 admon (with will annexed) of the goods of Henry Wood formerly of Bramling in the parish of Ickham in the County of Kent but late His Britainnic Majestys Consul General at Guayaquil in the Republic of Columbia deceased was granted to Thomas Philpott Wood the son and one of the Executors of the will of Ann Wood widow deceased whilst living the Mother Sole Executrix and universal legatee being first sworn duly to Administer. The said Ann Wood survived but died without having proved the said Will.
