This is the last Will and Testament of me Daniel Wood of the Parish of Loose in the County of Kent

I give and bequeath unto my Niece Sarah Wood who is now living in the same house with me, all my monies and debts owing to me plate, household goods, furniture and all other property I may possess whatever or wheresoever and of whatever quality the same may be for her own use and benefit whatsoever

And I do hereby appoint and constitute my said named Niece Sarah Wood the sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament

In Witness thereof I have this day the thirteenth of May one thousand eight hundred and forty four set and Subscribed my hand and seal

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Daniel Wood as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto
