This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane Woodhead Widow of William Woodhead now residing at Gravesend but shortly about to leave for parts beyond the Seas and otherwise known as Jane Dowler

I give devise and bequeath all my estate and effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever of which I may be seized possessed or entitled at the time of my decease or over which I may possessed any testamentary power unto my son John Buxton Woodhead now residing at Sydney New South Wales Draper his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely

I appoint my said son and my Aunt Ann Buxton of Wellington Street Gravesend aforesaid Widow Executor and Executrix of this my Will

Witness my hand this twenty sixth day of April One thousand eight hundred and fifty five _ Jane Woodhead
