In the name of God Amen the tenth day of March in the yeare of our Lord God 1625
I Robart Woollit of Bethersden beinge sick in bodie but of good and p�fect mynd and memorie thankes be given to Allmightie God I doe make and ordeyne this my p�sent Testament and Last Will in maner and forme followinge
First I bequeth my soule into the handes of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my bodie to be buried in the Church yard of Bethersden aforesaid

Item I giv and bequeth unto Sarah Woollit my sister Thirteene shillinges and fower pence of lawfull English money to bee paid unto her within on halfe yeare next after my discease

Item I give and bequeth unto my three Children that is to say to Robart William and Marie to either of them Twentie shillings of lawfull Englishe money to be paid to either of them when they shall accomplishe their severall ages of one and twentie yeares

The Residue of all my goods and Chattells whatsoever unbequethed my debts legacies and funerall expences beinge discharged I wholie give and bequeth unto Elizabeth my Wife and I make and ordeyne the said Elizabeth my wife my full and whole executrix
And I make and ordeyne my Brother Richard Pell of Smarden to bee my Overseer of this my p�sent will and Testament
