Will of Thomas Woolley

of Charing, Kent

Imprimis my will is and I do hereby .... .... direct that all my just debts and funeral expences be first satisfied and paid
And after payment thereof I give and bequeath all and singular my goods chattels ready money mortgages bonds? Bills notes or other securities and the moneys due thereon and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto my dear and loving wife Ann Woolley her executors administrators and assigns

And I do hereby make ... and appoint my said dear and loving wife Ann Woolley sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

And I do hereby revoke disannull and make void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made And make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Woolley have to this my last Will and Testament contained in One sheet of paper sett my hand and seal the twenty fourth day of August in the twenty eighth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty four � Thos Woolley � Signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Woolley as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto in his presence subscribed our names as witnesses

The before Registered Will of Thomas Woolley deceased was proved the seventh? day of October? 1768 before ...............
by the oath of Ann Woolley widow the relict and sole Executrix named in the said Will. She being first sworn well and truly to perform the same.
