Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my dear and loving wife Mary Woolley for and during the term of her Natural life All that Messuage or tenement belonging situate lying and being in Egerton aforesaid and now in the tenure or occupation of Richard Munn.
Item I likewise give unto Mary my loving wife All the furniture in my best chamber (that is to say) One feather bedd one chest of drawers one dressing glass one chest six chairs and one table
Item I give and beqeath unto my two daughters and three sons Ann the wife of William Mungram cordwainer of Frinsted? Elizabeth wife of William Wise husbandman of Egerton Phillip John and Stephen after my debts and Funeral Expences are paid all and singular my Goods Chattels Cattle and all other my personal estate of what ever nature or kind soever to be equally divided between my two daughters and three sons share and share alike
And I likewise give and beqeath unto my two daughters and three sons after the death of Mary my said wife All that Messuage or tenement before mentioned to be equally divided between them share and share alike
And I doe hereby nominate constitute & appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And I doe hereby revoke and make void all former wills by me heretofore made and doe declare this to
be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Philip Woolley have set my hand and seal this Tenth day of April in the

and declared by the said Philip Woolley as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who

The before registered will of Philip Woolley dec�d was proved the Twenty eighth day of October 1772 before the Rev�d John Tucker clerk surrogate to the Worshipful Andrew Col.. D....... Doctor of Laws Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury lawfully constituted By the oath of Mary Woolley widow the Relict and sole Executrix named in the said Will She being first sworn well and truly to perform the same.
