and as touching such worldly Estate Wherewith it has pleased God to close me with in this life, I give and demise and dispose to my Brothers and Sisters all my money that is out at use to be equally divided between them when all my burial Exense is paid out and all whatsoever else there is at the time of my death and I do strictly demand that my brother George Wraight do pay to my Executrix at the order or demand the money that he is indebted to me excepting the part that comes to Ann and that the remaining part to be equally divided between Richard Wraight & Thomas Wraight, Margrat Stephens and Sarah Wraight and if any of my Brothers or Sisters die before me all remaining Brothers and Sisters at the time.
I give and
bequeath to my sister Sarah Wraight all of my household effects with all of my
stock and goods with all my wearing apparel of all sorts and all my plates and
jewelry all then known and unknown so far at her disposing and I do make and
constitute Sarah Wraight and my cosin Rachel Brook my sole Executixes
... to lay out upon clothes part of the money that comes from my
Brother Thomas Wraight on what is proper and useful and I do utterly revoke
and disavow all other forms Testaments and Wills by me before made satisfying
and confirming this to be my last Will and Testament, in witness whereof I
have set my hand and seal this 31st Day of December in the year of our Lord eight
hundred and thirty one 1831 Ann Wraight and declared by the said Ann Wwraight
as her last Will and Testament in the presence of these witnesses

Proved at London the 6th of February 1834 before Gayard Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by Sarah Wraight her sister one of the Executrixes to whom was granted to administer and appearing ... Rachel Brook spinster the other executrix when she shall apply for the estate
