To be buried in the churchyard of Harrietsham
Item: to the poor of Harrietsham 20 shillings.
Item: to the church 10 shillings.

Item: to Margery Wilmote my wife all my whole household stuff in everything and all my poultry. Also two of my best kine to be kept winter and summer by my executor, two quarters of wheat, 3 quarters of malt and 2 quarters of oats yearly.

Item: to Katherine Wilmote my daughter �4.6.8 at marriage.
Item: to Elizabeth Wilmote my daughter �4.6.8 at marriage
Item: to my son Richard and his heirs, �10, also two steers of 4 years, one is black pied and one is red pied, one cow of 4 years. My lease in Greenstreet in Sittingbourne and Wormshill which I lately bought of John Packing.

Item: to John Wylmote my son and his heirs �50.
Item: to John Sowthhouse one cowbull and 14 shillings and 4 pence.
Item: to Alice Knott, daughter of Richard Knott late of Frinsted deceased �4 at marriage.
Item: to Thomasin Knott, daughter of Richard Knott late of Frinsted deceased �4 at marriage.
Item: to Margaret Knott, daughter of Richard Knott late of Frinsted deceased �4 at marriage.
Item: to each of my godchildren 12 shillings.

Item: To the children of Richard my son �10.
Item: To the children of John my son 14 shillings.
Item: to Joyce Wilmote my son Robert�s daughter 6 shillings and 8 pence.
Item: to John Wilmote my brother�s son dwelling at the church gate of Harrietsham 20 shillings and to his children 6 shillings and 8 pence.

The residue to Robert my son, he to be my executor.

Item: my wife to have the chamber over the hall with two other chambers, called the apple loft and the barn loft with free going and coming out of my mansion house where I now dwell, also fire and flete in any place of my said mansion house, kitchen or hall and not to be denied during her natural life.

Item: My son Robert shall find unto the said Margery sufficient fuel ready fried and also meat and beverage for her, occupying in her chamber or other places, also �6 yearly out of my lands in Harrietsham and Hollingbourne, if the money is not given she can enter these lands and take what she needs to the equal of �6.

Item: to Robert all my lands in Harrietsham and Hollingbourne.
