Memorandum That on or aboute The Twentieth day of November Anno Domini 1676
Edmund Yalden late of Bromley in the County of Kent deceased being in perfect mind and Memory And with an intent to Settle his Estate did make and declare his last Will and Testament Nuncupative or by word of mouth in these or the like words following (That is to Say)

I give unto Ann Burnster of Aldermanbury London the Sume of Tenn pounds

And all the Rest of my goods and Chattells I give unto my Father John Yalden whome I make my Executor

which words or to the same Effect he the said deceased did utter and Speake with an intent that the same should stand for and be his last Will and Testament and be preformed after his death in the presence and hearing of Credible Witnesses
