Item to my Brother John Yaldwyn the Sum of eighty Pounds
Item I give and bequeath unto my Brother Richard Yaldwyn the Sum of eighty Pounds
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary Hill Wife of Mr John Hill of Nutknowle in the County of Sussex Gent the
Sum of eighty Pounds
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sister Jane Pilfold Wife of Mr John Pilfold of Henfield in the County of Sussex
Mercer the Sum of eighty Pounds
to be paid unto them severally in nine Months after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Yaldwyn the Sum of eighty Pounds which said Sum of eighty Pounds I order and appoint to be put out at Interest for her Benefit by my said Brother John Yaldwyn my Executor hereunder named and paid to her or to her Use during her Life
all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattles ready money Substance and Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after my just Debts and Funeral Expences are thereout first paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto my said Brother John Yaldwyn
And I doe hereby nominate ordain and appoint my said Brother John Yaldwyn my full and sole Executor of this my last Will
and Testament
And lastly I do hereby revoak disannull and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me at any Time heretofore made
declaring these Presents contained in this single Sheet of Paper to be the same and none other
In Witness whereof I the said Testator Edmund Yaldwyn have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal this Fifteenth day of July in
the twelfth Year of the Reign of King George over Great Brittain etc Annoque Domini one thousand seven hundred and twenty six
