Will of John Yapp

of Deptford, Kent

I hereby give to my Son Thomas Yapp of Goswell Street Road Gentleman the leasehold house I at present occupy in Victory Street aforesaid for his own use absolutely

and all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Personal property I also give and bequeath to the said Thomas Yapp hereby appointing him the said Thomas Yapp my sole Executor and revoking all former Wills by any time made I hereby declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty second day of November One thousand eight hundred and thirty three John Yapp
