I give and bequeath unto my true and faithful Servant Ann Williams the Sum of One hundred and five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain if she shall be living with me at the time of my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my Friends John Latham and Samuel Latham both of the Town and Port of Dover aforesaid Merchants
and to their Executors and Administrators the Sum of Two hundred pounds of lawful money upon Trust that they the said John Latham and
Samuel Latham and the Survivor of them and the Executors and Administrators of such Survivor shall and do well and truly pay the
Interest and proceeds of the said Sum of Two hundred pounds by half yearly Payments to my Kinswoman Mary Read of the said Town and Port
of Dover Widow for and during the term of her natural life
and from and immediately after her decease Then upon Trust to pay the said Sum of Two hundred pounds unto my esteemed Relation Sarah Read Widow of
the late Alexander Read deceased to and for her use and benefit
Also I give and bequeath unto the said John Latham and Samuel Latham the sum of Five pounds apiece as compensation for their trouble in performing the Trusts hereby in them reposed and the execution of this my Will
I give devise and bequeath unto the said Sarah Read all and every Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments parts purparts and shares of Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments together with the Residue and Remainder of all and every my monies and Securities for money Household Furniture Plate Linen China Goods Chattles and all other my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall be possessed of interested in or entitled unto at the time of my decease (subject to the payment out of the said Residue of my said monies and Securities for money of all and every my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences To Hold all the same subject as aforesaid unto the said Sarah Read and to her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said John Latham and Samuel Latham Executors of this my Will hereby revoking hereby revoking All former and other Will or Wills by me at any time or times heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said William Yardley the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the third
day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety six Wm Yardley
