This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Yeames of the Town and Port of Dover in the County of Kent Mariner

First I direct all my just Debts Funeral Expences and the Charges of Proving and executing this my Will be Paid
and after Payment and Satisfaction thereof I give devise and bequeath all my real and Personal Estate and Effects of whatsoever Nature or Kind soever and wheresoever that I shall die possessed of interested in And entitled to unto my Mother Elizabeth Yeames of Dover aforesaid Widow To hold to her my said Mother her Heirs Executors Administrator and Assigns for ever

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Mother Elizabeth Yeames sole Executrix of this my Will and revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any Time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have to this my said last Will and Testament hereunto set my Hand and Seal the fifth Day of March One thousand eight hundred and two Jos Yeames
