In the Name of God Amen I Mary Yeates of Eltham in the County of Kent Widow being of sound and perfect memory and understanding do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following First and Principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God And my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named And as to any Worldly Estate and Effects wherewith the Almighty hath been pleased to bless me I dispose thereof as follows (my just Debts being first paid and satisfied)

I give and bequeath to my loving Sister Sarah Stainbank Twenty Pounds for Mourning
I likewise give her all my Wearing Apparel Household Goods and Furniture
I give and bequeath to my Nephew Mr Thomas Stainbank the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds

I give and bequeath to my Nephew Mr John Stainbank All my Plate and Household Linnen and also all my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever To hold the same and every part thereof unto my said Nephew John Stainbank his heirs and Assigns for ever Subject to and chargeable with the Payment of my just Debts and Legacies herein before and herein after mentioned

I also give and bequeath unto my said Nephew John Stainbank One Hundred Pounds to be put out at Interest upon Government of other good Security at his discretion In Trust for my Niece Hannah Collins to receive the Interest and Produce thereof for and during her natural Life without the Controul or Intermedling of her Present or any other Husband and her receipt alone shall be a sufficient discharge from time to time for the same

And from and after her decease I give the said Principal Sum of One Hundred Pounds to my said Nephew John Stainbank and unto his heirs and Assigns for ever

All the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my said Nephew John Stainbank
And I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said Nephew John Stainbank sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former or other Wills by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty three Mary Yeates
