I Lucy Yeldham of Greenwich in the County of Kent Spinster do hereby revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences may in the first place be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named out of the monies Estate and Effects which I may be possessed of at my decease

and after payment thereof I give and bequeath unto Henry Hake Seward Esquire of South Audley Street in the parish of St Georges Hanover Square all the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects whatsoever for his sole use benefit and disposal

And I hereby nominate and appoint the aforesaid Henry Hake Seward Esquire sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Lucy Yeldham the testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the fifth day of February in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and twenty seven The mark of X Lucy Yeldham
