In the Name of God Amen I Christopher Yeo of the City of Rochester in the County of Kent gent being Sick and weake in body but of Sound mind memory and understanding doe make and declare this my Last will and Testament in writing in manner and forme following That is to say
In the first place I commend my Soul to Almighty God the Creator thereof in and through the meritts death and passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body I Committ to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named and as to my Temporall Estate I dispose thereof in manner following That is to say

I give the Sume of Twenty Shillings to Mr Michaell Kavan of Rochester aforesaid Lynnen Draper to buy him a Funeral ring in remembrance of me
Item I give to my daughter in Law Livewell Kavan his wife the Sume of five pounds to buy her mourning
Item I give to her two children my Granddaughters vizt Elizabeth and Mary Yeo the Sume of three pounds a peice to buy Each of them Mourning
Item I give to my Son in Law Mr Thomas Hawkins the sume of twenty shillings to buy him a funerall ring in remembrance of me

Item I give and bequeath to my said two Granddaughters Elizabeth and Mary Yeo the Sume of fifty pounds a peice of Lawfull money out of the moneys due to me out of a certain Transport Debenture dated 27th December 1708 and numbered 1634 made out for 193: 15: 6 to one Mr Thomas Coalthurst and by him assigned to one Mr James Colebrooke and by him afterwards assigned to me it being for freight of the Ship Neptune in the Transport Service and it is my mind and will That soe Soon as the said moneys shall be received on the said Debenture by my Executrix hereafter named and my said Daughter in Law Livewell Kavan the mother of my said two Granddaughters shall think fitt to place it with till my said two Grandchildren shall come to their Severall and respective age and ages of 21 yeares or be respectively married and then to be respectively paid to each of Them with such Interest as shall be paid thereof
and if either of my said two Granddaughters shall happen to dye before the age of 21 yeares or marriage That then the whole One hundred Pounds Shall be paid to the Survivor at her age of 21 yeares or marriage which shall First happen

Item all the rest of the moneys due and to be due on the said Debentures and all other my debts ready moneys Household Goods plate Lynnen rings goods and Chattells and personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after my owne debts funerall charges Legacyes and Charges of proving my will are fully paid and satisfied I give to my Granddaughter Mary Hawkins and to her Executors Administrators and Assignes for ever

of this my Will I appoint my said Granddaughter Mary Hawkins Sole Executrix hereby revoakeing all former wills whatsoever
In witnesse whereto I have hereto sett my hand and Seale this present 30th day of Aprill One Thousand seaven hundred and Eleaven in the Tenth yeare of the reigne of Queen Anne Christopher Yeo
