In the Name of God Amen I Dennis Yeomans of the Parish of Deptford in the County of Kent being aged and infirm in body but of a perfect sound disposing mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God considering the uncertain Estate of this life and well knowing that all flesh must yeild unto death when it shall please God to call do for avoiding Controversies after my decease make these Presents to be and contain my last Will and Testament in manner following

first and Principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it hoping through the meritorious Death and Passion of Jesus Christ my most blessed Saviour and Redeemer to receive forgiveness of all my sins and after this mortal life ended to enjoy everlasting Rest and happiness in the Kingdom of Heaven
my Body I commit to the Earth to be there decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named
and as touching such temporal Estate as God hath been pleased to bestow upon me I do give and dispose thereof as followeth that is to say

first my mind and Will is that all my just Debts and funeral Expences be first paid Satisfyed and discharged
all the rest and residue of my Estate whatsoever whether real or personal of what nature kind or quallity the same is or may be found after my decease I do give devise and bequeath the same unto my Daughter Mary Preswick and my Grandson Thomas Colls to be equally Divided between them part and share alike

and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Daughter Mary Preswick and my said Grandson Thomas Colls joynt Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke annull and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made and do publish and declare these presents and none other to be and contain my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty sixth day of July in the twelfth year of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. anno Domini 1726 the mark of Dennis Yeomans
