This is the last Will and Testament of Mrs Elizabeth Yerworth of No 15 Harmer Street Gravesend in the County of Kent revoking all former Wills and Codicils

I Bequeath the Four Tenements belonging to me in Westminster and the Furniture belonging to me in the House No 195 Blackfriars Road to be sold to pay my just debts
and the overplus to be equally divided between my dear Sister Sarah Taylor of No 17 Pomfret Place Vauxhall Bridge Road my dear Niece Mrs Elizabeth Bork of No 15 Harmer Street Gravesend and my Niece Sarah Harnden of No 23 Wilderness Row Old Street also paying my Funeral and Testamentary expences from the sale of the said Houses and Furniture

I also bequeath to my dear Niece Mary Robinson of No 3 Ivy Lane London the whole of the Furniture belonging to me in the House No 15 Harmer Street Gravesend
I also give to my dear Nephew�s Children at Guernsey the Lease of the Cottage No 10 Devonshire Street Vauxhall now occupied by William Jones Cooper to Frances Henry Johnson Ben Johnson Ann Johnson and Richard Tasker Johnson either to be sold now and the money put into the Bank till they come of age or the rent to be reserved till the same time

I also bequeath to my dear Richard William Johnson of Burton Street Gloucester my dear Husband�s Telescope and Watch and Chain and to his dear Wife Susanna Mary Johnson my green reticule

I also bequeath to my Niece Theodosia Yerworth and her Mother my Green Cloak and one of my Shawls
I also bequeath my Black Silk Gown and one of my Black Cloaks to Ann Miles of Coleford in the County of Gloucester
And my Crape Scarf to Sarah Miles of the same place and to Phebe Miles Senr my other Black Cloak and one light Dress to Phebe Miles Junr
I also give 1 Shirt 4 White Handkerchiefs and Pair of White Trowers(?) to William Miles of the same place
I also give to Ann and Eliza Miles of No 3 Ivy Lane two Dresses two Petticoats two Shifts handkerchiefs and several little Articles that Mary Robinson will find

I give my best mourning ring to Sarah Johnson of Jersey and the Ring of Ann King I leave to Mr Buchan Allison
I give to William Harnden my best Brooch that was my Sister Johnson�s

I give and bequeath all the other things not mentioned in this Will to Mary Robinson to give to whom she likes but I wish her to keep her dear Uncle�s likeness for herself also his ring and my ring and the Linen she may divide as she likes,
I give Mary Cochran and Elizabeth Fisher my oldest Clothes and a new Black Gown each

I also leave my dear Niece Theodosia Gray(?) the remainder of the lease valued 10L of the Cottage Englefield Green in the County of Surrey

I also appoint William Buchan Allison No 51 Paternoster Row and Mr William Harnden of No 23 Wilderness Row to be my Executors to this my Will
I also give to Mary Robinson of No 3 Ivy Lane the whole of the Furniture not in the Inventory written by me as belonging to the aforesaid Mary Robinson at the House No 15 Harmer Street Gravesend
