First I desire that my just debts and funeral expences be fully paid and subject thereto
I give and devise to my Sister Mary Skinner Wife of William Dunstan Skinner of Paddington in the County of Middlesex Gentleman his
heirs and assigns all my moiety of the freehold estate belonging to me and the aforesaid William Dunstan Skinner and situated in the parish of
Higham aforesaid and now occupied by Thomas Youens the elder
and in the event of my said Sister Mary Skinner not surviving to become possessed of the aforesaid property so
devised then I give and devise the same to my two Nieces Mary Susannah Skinner and Catherine Jane Skinner daughters
of my said Sister Mary Skinner their heirs and assigns share and share alike as tenants in common
also I give and bequeath to my said two Nieces their heirs and assigns all my moiety of the leasehold premises No 111 in Wood Street and No __ in Maiden Lane in the City of London the former now in the occupation of Messrs Downes and Spilsbury the latter now in the occupation of Mr Robinson in which said premises I have a vested personal interest under the Will of my late Aunt Mary Arrowsmith deceased
and I give and bequeath to my Brother William Youens of Church Street Blackfriars Road London All my wearing apparel and my goods about my person at the time of my decease
and I do hereby make constitute and appoint the said William Dunstan Skinner sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Youens the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand
and seal this first day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four Thomas Youens X his mark
