I James Young of Westerham in the County of Kent Malster do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)

First I Will and direct that all my just debts that be due and owing at the time of my decease together with the several Legacies by this my Will given and Charges of my Funeral shall out of my Real and Personal Estate hereafter given and devised be first fully paid and discharged and I do hereby charge my Real and Personal Estate with the payment thereof accordingly

Also I give and bequeath unto my ........ and my Niece Sarah Young Daughter of my deceased Brother John Young the sum of Five Pounds a piece for Mourning
Also I give and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Harrod Son of my Mother Sarah Harrod by her now Husband the Sum of One Hundred Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid unto him within twelve Months next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my Niece Jane Young Daughter of my Brother George Young the like Sum of One Hundred Pounds of like lawful Money to be paid unto her at her Age of Twenty One Years if she shall Live to attain the said Age

Also all and singular my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever situate and being in the several Parishes of Eatonbridge Leigh next Tonbridge Ightham Wrotham Nockholt and Seven Oaks in the aforesaid County of Kent or elsewhere within the said County And also all and Singular my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever after Payment of my said Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences and charged and chargeable with and Subject and liable to payment of the same I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Brother George Young and to his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever

And I do make constitute and appoint my said Brother George Young full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And lastly I do hereby revoke annul and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said James Young to this my last Will and Testament my hand and Seal have set the first day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty one James Young
