This is the last Will and Testament of me Nysa Young of the Parish of Saint Peter the Apostle in the Town and Port of Sandwich in the County of Kent Spinster I being at the time of making and Executing hereof of sound and disposing mind and memory

I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Ann Pettit the Daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Pettit late of Coopers Street in the Parish of Ash next Sandwich my Bed and the Furniture thereunto belonging

all the rest and residue of my Estate both real and Personal I give and bequeath unto
Elizabeth Hayman Wife of Alexander Hayman of Deal
Elizabeth Chandler of the said Parish of Ash
John Pettit of the same place
Peggy Richards wife of ______ Richards an Officer of Excise at London
Joseph Pettit of the said Parish of Ash
Ann Pettit of the same place
and Mary Spaine of the Parish of Staple in the said County Spinster

equally to be Divided amongst them share and share alike

And I do hereby Constitute and Appoint John Kelsey the Elder of the Parish of Ash aforesaid Yeoman the Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty first Day of April in the twenty third Year of the Reign of King George over Great Britain etc. and in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and eighty three

and I do hereby desire that my Executor before mentioned may receive one Pound and one Shilling out of my Personal Estate for his trouble in Executing this my Will
