In the Name of God Amen I Frances Young of Plaxtol in the Parish of Wrotham in the County of Kent Singlewoman being of sound mind memory and Understanding being weak in body and calling to Mind the uncertainty of this life and eternity of the next Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
First and principally I resign my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping for Salvation in and thro� the Merits of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer and my body I desire may be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named

I will that all such debts as I shall justly owe to any person or persons at the time of my death shall be truly and honestly paid and discharged
I give and devise unto my Dear Mother with whom I now dwell and unto my Brother in Law George Martin of the Parish of Wandsworth in the County of Surry Stone Mason and the Survivor of them and unto the Executors and Admors of the Survivor of them the whole of my Estate of Money or debts to me owing and Securities for Money Household Funrniture and apparel of all sorts and all other my Estate and Estates of what nature or sort soever or wheresoever on this special Confidence and trust that they the aforesaid Elizabeth Young and George Martin or the Survivor of them or the Executors and Admors of the Survivor of them Do apply the same to the nursing maintaining educating and bringing up of my beloved Son John Martin Young and placing forth at Interest so much of the Principal part or Sum as can be spared (for his benefit) until he shall attain the age of twenty one years at which time I will that the then remaining Part of my Estate be paid and delivered unto him

but if my son John Martin Young aforesaid departs this life before he attains the age of twenty one years then it is my Will and meaning what shall then remain of my Estate shall go to and be divided between my two Sisters Sarah the Wife of George Martin aforesaid and my Sister Peggy McCannan share and share alike

and I do hereby name nominate constitute and appoint my Dear Mother Elizabeth Young and brother in law George Martin aforesaid joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking disannulling and making void all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Frances Young the testatrix to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifth day of August one thousand eight hundred and two - Fanny Young
