This is the last Will and Testament of me John Yule of Crayford in the County of Kent Baker

I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Joan Yule all those my freehold Messuages Lands Tenements hereditaments and premises with the Appurtenances whereof I am seized in for situate lying and being at Crayford in the County of Kent and now or late in the several tenures or occupations of myself Joseph Kemp and Andrew Clerk or some or one of them their or some of their undertenants or Assigns to have and to hold all and every the said lands Tenements and hereditaments with the Appurtenances situate as aforesaid to her the said Joan Yule her heirs and Assigns for ever

Also after my just debts and funeral Expences are paid I also give unto my Wife Joan Yule all and every part of my personal property of every description Stock live and dead Also the household furniture Books Plate Linen etc. for her own use and benefit for ever

And I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my said Wife Joan Yule sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof to this my last Will and Testament I have set and subscribed my hand and seal this twenty third day of September in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and twenty five John Yule
