In the name of God Amen I Ellanor Zachary of Erith in the countie of Kent widdowe being sicke and weake of bodie but of good and perfect memory praised be God make and ordaine this my last will and testament
Impris I give and bequeath my soule into the handes of Jesus Christ my lord and Saviour
And my bodie to the earth from whence it came to be decentlie buried in the Churchyard of Erith neere to the Church doore upon the right hand where my daughter Sarah was buried
And for the worldlie good which God hath blessed mee with I give and bequeath in manner and forme followeing

Item I give and bequeath to my daughter in lawe the nowe wife of Meram(?) Ellnor of London Waterman my best petticoate and wastcoat a paire of shoes and a paire of Stockings
Item I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Billett a Holland handkercheife

Item I give and bequeath unto my grandchild Isabell Ellanor all the remainder of my goods and chattells to be paid unto her when she shall come to accomplishe the age of eighteene yeares And the money to be imployed by my Executors hereafter named as they shall thinke good for the best advantage allowing yearlie and everie yeare to my said grandchild after the rate of sixe poundes in the hundred for their better maintenance

Item I give and bequeath to my kinsman Henry Marrey of Hockendem of Bexley in the countie of Kent Weaver all my estate formerlie given to my grandchild Isobell Ellanor if please God my said grandchilde shall happen to die unmarried or shall not live to accomplishe the age of eighteene yeares

Item I doe nominate make and appointe Robert Andrewes of Erith Waterman and Thomas Billett of the same husbandman executors of this my last will and testament
And I doe give & bequeath unto the five shillings each one of them for their care and paines
And I doe renounce & ..... all wills formerly made in writeing or by word of mouth

In Wittnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this thirteenth daie of Februarie Anno Domm 1649 Ellanor Zachary her marke Sealed and delivered in the presence of
George Okes Joane T.... her marke Elizabeth Billett
