In the name of God Amen I Richard Zouch of Sittingborn Doe declare this to be my last Will Revoking all former Wills Doe declare this in manner & forme as followeth
First I bequeath my soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker trusting in God to be saved by Jesus Christ my Redeemer
And my Body to the earth from whence it came to bee buried at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter mentioned
And as for my worldly goods which god hath lent me I give as followeth

I give to the poore of the parish of Sittingborne Twentie shillings to be distributed by my Executrix within one moneth after my decease
I give to my Brother William Zouch and to my brother Daniell Zouch and to my brother Henry Zouch one shilling a peece

And I give unto Richard the sonne of Robert Backer Tenn shillings
And I give unto Richard Turner the sonne of Thomas Turner Tenn shillings
And I give unto Katherine Bayley the Daughter of Robert Bayley Tenn shillings
And I give unto Mary the daughter of John Pauson Tenn shillings
All these four legacies last mentioned last mentioned to be paid them within sixe monthes next after my decease

I give unto my well beloved wife Patience Zouch my two houses with the backsides which I bought of Mr Edward Garlan I give them unto her and to her heires for ever

All the rest of my Goods and Chattells whatsoever I give unto my well beloved wife Patience Zouch Whom I make her Sole Executrix (she payeing all my debts and funerall Expences)

And this I declare to be my last will Dated the Twenty and second day of November one thousand sixe hundred and Fiftie and foure Ric: Zouch Sealed in the presence of
