Sources: I have no original sources for this information. This is really all speculative based on unverified sources and needs more research.

  1. Even this person's name is in conflict based on the sketchy sources I have. The note (see. fn. 2) says his name is "Henry Drocker"
  2. A two page written note I found in an old photo album in Sally Scheetz' attic entitled "Trauger Immigration to America." [Page 1] [Page 2] I suspect this document was written by Frank Morris. Henry apparently never left Germany. There may also be more children that did not travel to Pennsylvania with the three listed here that did.
  3. Trauger Memorial in cemetery at St. Luke's Church (Ferndale, Nockamixon Twp.): Front; Back
  4. Unconfirmed and uncorroborated research by others on Rootsweb.com
  5. Information from the web site of another researcher, Greg Derrell Freese. I have no original sources for any of this and have not independently confirmed this research. Mr. Freese appears to be a direct descendent of Johnan Christian's son Christopher Trauger.
