  Notes:       According to Mark Hendrickx, "The Hendrickx family tree has been researched as many
                   as 7 times and every time it was researched, the research has ended at this generation.
                   The reason is quite simple, it is the generation when the family name was developed as a
                   patronymic name derived from a father or ancestor, in this case a father by the name of
                   Henricus.
                   "After checking all the files in Kessel, The Netherlands, before the year 1720, it was
                   found that there was not Theodorus Hendrickx, Hendrix, Henrici, or whatever the local
                   priest put on the baptismal papers.  The reason was because Theodorus was born a
                   Gaerdts and later took the name of his father Henricus.
                   "The next step was to determine whether there was a Theodorus baptized in Kessel as
                   a son of a Hen(d)ricus.  The answer was simple, only one!  On April 18, 1688, there
                   was a baptism of Theodorus, son of Henricus Gaerdts and Catharina Peters.  There is
                   also no other combination in Kessel during this time frame between a Catharina Peters
                   and another Henricus.  The first two children of Theodorus and Hendrina were named
                   Henricus and Catharina, and the next two sons were named Godefridus and Gerardus,
                   both derivatives for Gaerdts."
                   Theodorus was a farmer , part of the Aenstoodt farm in Kessel.
