(-: Not to mention they'd be making money off my hard work and that wouldn't be nice. The goal was to create a record of an undocumented cemetery before it was too late. I have tried my best to be as accurate as possible since this one cemetery represents a major portion of my ancestry. There are several instances of spelling and punctuation errors in the markings creating date and name discrepancies. Thus, we end up with FOREMAN, FORMAN and FORMMAN all within the same family group. Any questions regarding the validity of such errors are welcomed. Being compiled over several trips (500 miles round-trip) and many long hours, 8-12 driving hours depending on fog, traffic, etc., plus 6-8 more transcribing each day, transpositions and other errors are possible. The researcher will not be held responsible for any problems these "possible" errors may cause you. This is a transcript of the actual grave sites. Though you may have official records (i.e. birth certificate, census, etc.) to prove variants of dates or names, those changes will not be made to these records. A footnote can be added at the end provided I receive valid documentation. If you have old photographs of the stones that show errors in my transcriptions, please feel free to contact me with such information and those changes will be made. I have photos of the first half of the plots in this inventory. I also tried to get a decent photo of the SITE layout for your reference. These photos will be available on a web site soon. I may also be willing to email photos when I have the time. Feel free to send requests including the reference number of the plot(s). Only one or two photos will be sent at a time but requests for more within reason are welcome. I hope you find all of this as useful as I have.
