Thomas N.2 Mahone, Col. (Peter1) was born ca 1790 in
Chesterfield Co., VA, and died 4 April 1867 in Rutledge, AL. He
married Nancy Jones Marshall 31 May 1810 in Putnam Co, Ga,
daughter of Stephen Marshall and Elizabeth Burt. She was born 4
July 1794 in Halifax Co., NC, and died 28 June 1874 in Rutledge,
AL.
Children of Thomas Mahone and Nancy Marshall are:

GA; died 22 July 1878 in Lochapoka, AL.
6 ii. William Flournoy Mahone, born 2 January 1815; died 29
November 1888. He married Elinora F. Tatum 28 June 1866.
+ 7 iii. Stephen Marshall Mahone, born 1 November 1816; died 3
October 1837 in Macon Co., AL.
+ 8 iv. Ann Elizabeth Mahone, born ca 1819.
+ 9 v. Gibson F. Mahone, born 1820.
10 vi. Martha Adeline Mahone, born 20 July 1824; died 29
September 1879. She married John H. McGehee 11 August 1840 in
Harris Co., GA.
+ 11 vii. Amanda Malvina F. Mahone, born 1 December 1826; died 2
September 1852 in Talbot Co., GA.
+ 12 viii. Frances Rebecca Mahone, born 29 March 1829; died 27
December 1886.
13 ix. Mary Jane Mahone, born ca 1835. She married Gus McGehee,
Dr..
14 x. Nancy Jones Mahone, born ca 1838; died ca 1862 in
Vernledge, AL.
