Jan 8, 1798:
Nancy Whitely orphaned of William Whitely decd made choice with
the approbation of the court of Isaac Skillman as her guardian
who thereupon with John Whitely ? Beveridge his securities
entered into acknowledged their bond in the penalty of one
thousand dollards with condition according to law. Bedford
County records show Isaac and Nancy Skillman there between 1805
and 1816. They then moved to Kentucky".
