Benjamin Moseby, of Goochland Co, deed to Thomas Bethel, Jr. of
Henrico Co. œ26 curr. 362 acres in parish & Co. of Henrico , on
N. side of James River & on N. side of White Oak Swamp ,
beginning at Wm. Ferrises line on the run and so up the main run
so far as to bear the breadth of 362 acres, thence from the
Swamp to Richard Truman 's line & so along his line to Wm.
Ferrises line & along his line to the beginning, it being part
of a greater tract of land held by said Benj. Moseby . Jan. 24,

Benjamin Moseby, of Goochland Co., deed to Thomas Bethel, senr.
of Henrico Co. œ14 curr. (to the said Thomas, and Elizabeth
Smith, daughter of sd. Thomas Bethell & her heirs forever) 300
acres On N. side of James River in Henrico Co. on N. side White
Oak Swamp adj. on the branches of the aforesd swamp, it being
the upper part of that 662 acres of land which Charles Evans
sold the sd. Moseby, it being part of a patent of land granted
