without issue survivor to inherit portion of deceased; but if

pass to sons William and John only to enjoy above mentiond land
given Thomas on conditions as afsd.
To Daus Sarah and Rebeckah and their hrs., residue of "Charles;"
they dying without issue to son Thomas and hrs.
To brother Thomas and hrs., tract given to him by father,
without mentioning his hrs. Residue of personal estate to be
divided between sons William and John and daus. Sarah and
Rebekah. Money in England and all tobacco to be applied by
brother Thomas, ex., in purchase of slaves for sd child, so they
may have them when they come of age.
