The English Branch became extinct in 1701; The Cologne Branch
became extinct in 1794; A Branch in Austria became extinct on
the death of Count Johann Anthon von Questenberg died abt 1794;
A younger Austrian Branch that settled in Selisia became extinct
somewhat later. The American branch alone survives.

bequests of personal property to Walter and Ebsworth Bayne,
Ellinor Hubbard, Elizabeth Stone, Ellinor Stone, Elizabeth
Dutton and each of her children, Mrs. Charity Courts, daughter
Ellinor Beale, daughter Ann Bayne and an unnamed sister in
England. Son John Bayne was named as executor but if he did not
return from England, then grandson Walter Bayne should serve as
executor after he became 21 and with the advice of his father or
