Upon motion of Martha Rust judgment is granted her against her
servant Hannah Martyn for one years service for the loss of time
and trouble of her house and other expences occasioned by the
said Hannah Martyns bearing a bastard child in her servitude
being the Allowance by Law provided in the Like Case and it is
ordered she pay the Law? after all former Service due from her
to the said Martha shall be fully expired 28 March 1721/2
Martha was given a thumb ring in her father's will and a large
handkerchief and trunk in the will of her brother Benjamin."
