Vivian Bales, Marion, IN writes (27 Dec. 1996): "F. M. was a
school teacher. He moved from Russell Co., went to Carter Co.,
KY." "He taught school for awhile in Russell Co., and then moved
to Carter Co.,KY. He settled near Grahn, where his oldest
brother Hugh T. had settled. Later Hugh bought some land near
Globe, where he lived and died, and was buried in the burial
ground on his property. He, his wife and three of his
grandchildren and a great grand child are buried there also.
Noah Dickison, Vicie Dickison and her infant son, Hugh S. and
son-in-law Griffith Dickison are bu. there. Several more buried
there and some of their friends and neighbors also."Please, this
